1. General
Welcome to Shape of You. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are valid only for the specified duration.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID and reason for return. Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process. For online payments, refunds for cancelled orders are processed automatically. For COD orders, no refund is necessary as no payment has been collected.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address solely for the purpose of processing your orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay and is never stored on our servers. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics, is the property of Shape of You and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shape of You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
